Refund policy

Product Returns
For non-personalised items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not scratched, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Personalised Product Returns
Since our products are personalised, we do not take returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number and your order must have not been fulfilled, shipped or delivered per carrier tracking info.

Damages
If your WOW Card is scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged WOW Cards with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Issues
If you are having trouble activating your WOW Card or tapping to compatible phones and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact our team at hello@wow.mt. Typically, all issues can be resolved with some helpful tips from the team!

If you have successfully activated your WOW Card and are experiencing issues tapping to a compatible device after you’ve contacted hello@wow.mt, you may be eligible for a replacement. Once approved for a replacement, we will send you an email notifying you that we have sent the replacement.
